Pal Group, through Nakshatra Society, has significantly contributed towards an equitable society. The Nakshatra Society has been contributing towards a positive social change. We believe that, CSR is a prerogative to all those who can reinforce aid and assistance to others. We are walking along a legacy of empathy, compassion and commitment by providing education and knowledge and empowering others.
The Nakshatra Welfare Society, led by the young and socially motivated entrepreneurs, Nirbhay Pal and Atul Pal carries forward this responsibility with a multifaceted mission.
Empowering our community starts with creating opportunities for everyone to thrive. Here at Pal Group, we're committed to social welfare through a multi-pronged approach: book and clothing donation drives, and blood donation camps. We are building a brighter future through Social Welfare: Books and Clothes Donation and Blood Donation Drives.

EDUCATION
Education is at the heart of Nakshatra Society. Our society champions equitable access to education through a comprehensive approach. Looking ahead, we envision a future where education empowers every individual, regardless of background, to reach their full potential and contribute to a thriving society. We are aiding the young generation with resources that help them in getting a healthy outlet for energy, foster self-discipline, and boost self-confidence.
TREE PLANTATION
Pal Group is committed to environmental sustainability. We came up together for a tree plantation drive, naming 'Chhavi' giving back to the environment and beautifying our campus. We planted trees for a healthier planet.
START-UP BOOT CAMP
The boot camp organized by Pal College of Technology and Management offered a dynamic learning environment where students could collaborate with like-minded peers, gain invaluable mentorship from industry experts, and participate in workshops that cover essential topics like market validation, business model development, and fundraising strategies. The Start-up Bootcamp provides the resources and guidance you need to launch your entrepreneurial journey.
YOUTH ACTIVITIES & SPORTS
We believe that supporting youth activities and sports is an investment in the future as our young generation’s interest lies in sports and extracurricular activities.
We support them in fostering not only physical well-being but also social development, emotional resilience, and valuable life skills. We walk parallel with the Government of India’s policies for Youth Participation in activities like sports, clubs, or volunteering that teach teamwork, communication, and goal setting.
BLOOD DONATION CAMP
The gift of blood is the gift of life. By organizing blood donation camps at The Pal College of Technology and Management, we connect those willing to donate with those in need. This crucial initiative helps hospitals maintain blood supplies and saves countless lives and help in spreading awareness about various diseases prevailing in our country and how donating blood becomes beneficial in saving lives of others.
BLANKET DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
It is our belief that a decent set of clothes can be a source of dignity and confidence. A Blanket Distribution Program was organized among the needy and poor people under the UBA and Social Responsibility Activity in Pal College of Technology and Management. Our clothing drives promote donating fresh new blankets distributed to those in need, promote well-being and offer a helping hand to the needy.
YOGA
Yoga is not only a physical and mental practice, but also a way of life that can inspire positive social change. Pal College of Technology and Management along with The Pal Properties' officials organized Yoga Program to improve the physical and mental health of our students and employees, reduce stress and burnout, and foster a culture of mindfulness, compassion, and collaboration among all.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Pal Group's vision is to encourage students and our employee in order to contribute to the society as a whole by engaging themselves in Environmental Awareness Activities. Various Programs are organized regularly by our organization to protect the Environment and help communities become more environmentally aware.
